By 1976, larger facilities were needed again and 20 acres of land were leased on Baseline Road in southern Phoenix. This additional property allowed for growing a wider range of plant material. In early 1978, the total production area was doubled with the purchase of another 20 acres a short distance away. In 1982, the company expanded again, this time to Tucson, Arizona. In 1986 the entire corporate offices and a garden center were established at the current location at 3401 E. Baseline Road in Phoenix.
